How to delete your information from Rep360.

What gets deleted automatically

When you remove Rep360 from your Facebook account (Settings → Apps and Websites → Rep360 → Remove), Facebook notifies us. We immediately delete:

Your stored Facebook page access token
Your connected Page ID and name
Your Facebook user ID

Reviews previously posted to your Facebook Page are NOT deleted from Facebook by this process — those are FB-side content you control. Use Facebook's own tools to remove individual posts if needed.

Delete your full Rep360 account

If you want to delete your entire Rep360 account (not just the Facebook connection), email randy@sodermanmarketing.com from the email address on your account. We'll confirm and delete all account data, customer records, reviews, and connected credentials within 30 days.

What we keep, and why

We may retain anonymised operational logs (timestamps, error counts) for up to 90 days for abuse prevention and debugging. These contain no personally identifying information.
